Prince William & Kate Middleton’s Infidelity Scandal Forced Them to Reevaluate Their Marriage
They seem like the perfect couple, but behind the scenes, Prince William and Kate Middleton are just like any other married couple, and it takes effort and work to keep their relationship strong.
And unfortunately for them, being in the public eye is going to cause additional issues to come up, like the press reporting a couple of months ago the rumors that Will had an affair.

It seems the Duchess of Cambridge is mostly worried about the kids when it comes to the gossip about her marriage.
After it was reported earlier this year that the Duke of Cambridge had an affair with Kate’s good friend, Rose Hanbury, the Marchioness of Cholmondeley. An insider recently opened up to Us Weekly about how the mom of three has been handling the reports.
A Middleton family friend shared, “Kate finds the rumors hurtful, obviously, and hates the thought that one day her children will be able to read about them online.” Will and Kate have three children, Prince George, 5, Princess Charlotte, 3, and Prince Louis, 1.

The insider explained, “It forced her and William to sit back and examine their relationship, which they realized they should have been doing more often.” The royal couple married just over eight years ago, in April 2011. They both have demanding, full-time jobs, and three young children to raise, and they have to do it all in public. That would put stress on anyone’s marriage, and the Cambridges seem to be no different.
Talk to moms about mom stuff. And make money doing it.

Another insider told the magazine that the rumors “didn’t go down well with Kate,” but that she and Will are “determined to pull through it and are doing a great job at getting their marriage back on track again.”
“It’s not unusual to have a few hiccups in a marriage, especially after eight years, and Kate and William are no different,” the source continued. “They’re still going strong. Regardless of their ups and downs, they love each other dearly and their kids are the most important thing in their lives.”

Whatever happens between them is their business, and until they make anything public, we’re just going to go ahead and assume Will stayed faithful, and they’re just busy parents doing their best to raise their kids and have an occasional date night. And hopefully they’re mostly brushing off the gossip — it’s the only way to survive.
