Kate Middleton reveals she ‘doesn’t have many secrets’ with one key mannerism, says expert
Princess Kate doesn’t appear to keep many secrets because she avoids doing one particular gesture, a body language expert has claimed after analysing her ‘confident’ mannerisms
An expert has claimed that Princess Kate doesn’t hide many secrets – and that you can tell because of one particular mannerism.
Inbaal Honigman, a body language specialist, stated that the Princess of Wales rarely conceals her true feelings and is often quick to smile – which “makes her appear honest and unassuming”.
she also asserted that the royal exudes genuine honesty, and makes it clear doesn’t seem to want to “waste time” with her “business-like” body language and straightforward approach.
She told the Express on behalf of Slingo: “The future Queen generally displays direct and businesslike body language, with a no-nonsense approach to carrying out any task. When we see Kate Middleton stand, she’s usually symmetrical, standing at her full height, with her shoulders pulled back, looking confident and sprightly.”

“At times her hands are clasped around a little bag in front of her body, at times her hands are by her sides, almost always evenly balanced.” Honigman believes that Kate’s posture indicates that she feels “secure and well prepared” for any eventuality.
However, the expert also disclosed the one crucial thing Kate does that suggests she doesn’t keep many secrets – she refrains from touching her face. She added: “The glamorous royal’s facial expressions are open and expressive. We rarely see her touching her face, which is how we know that she doesn’t keep many secrets. Quick to smile, she doesn’t hide her true emotions, which makes her appear honest and unassuming,” he explained.

She also shows her decisive attitude in how she walks directly with “long strides”, according to the expert. He said: “We frequently see her walking and talking. This is a lady who doesn’t want to waste her time.”
Last week, Kensington Palace shared an image of Kate as they highlighted that the princess made “good progress” with her cancer treatment in June. The beautiful image, which sees Kate standing in front of a tree situated by a lake, was shared as part of a new royal tradition. As part of its latest custom, the palace recaps what the royals have been up to for the entire month as they reflect on what has been an increasingly busy time for them.
The series, which was captioned ‘Welcome to the June Rewind’, also touched on important D-Day celebrations, pride month and Father’s Day. During the re-cap, which was shared on the Prince and Princess of Wales’s official Instagram account, a cancer update from the mum-of-three was included.
