Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s four-day trip to Colombia wrapped up yesterday, at the Petronio Music Festival in Cali.

Per the couple’s website, the festival is “a vibrant celebration renowned for its dedication to Afro-Colombian music and dance,” and “the world’s largest tribute to Afro-Colombian heritage, attracting hundreds of thousands of visitors each year for a vibrant display of music, food, art, and fashion.”

At the event, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were gifted a bottle of Viche, a local liquor native to the Pacific region of Colombia, and a wooden marimba, to remember the music of Colombia.

For the occasion, Meghan chose a printed maxi dress from Colombian designer Andrés Otalora. While the dress is now sold out, the brand has numerous pieces still in stock with a similar vibe:

Otalora launched his brand in 2010, and per Moda Operandi, “The Colombian designer draws inspiration from the lush, green landscapes of his home country’s tropical paradise. His goal? To mirror the vibrancy of the natural world through carefully designed pieces made from high-quality fabrics.”

During her travels in Colombia, Meghan chose to wear pieces by numerous Colombian designers, including Johnna Ortiz, Juan de Dios, Marie E. Esquiva, and Hannia Char Artwear.

On her final day, Meghan also spoke during a panel titled “Afro-Descendant Women and Power: Voice of Equity,” where she opened up about her daughter, Princess Lili, and her mom, Doria.

“I find inspiration in the strong women around me, of course my mother being one of them. So much of how I approach things is less about the fight, and more about how do we show up in a space and wash things over with love and kindness and generosity,” the Duchess said. “Those are the elements that inspire me — I know how it feels when you don’t utilize your voice when you need to be heard or have something to say. I encourage our daughter to do so—who at 3 has absolutely found her voice, and we are so proud of that.”
