The Princess of Wales was seen enjoying the iconic tennis event alongside her daughter, Princess Charlotte, and her sister, Pippa Middleton. This rare outing marks only her second public appearance this year as she continues her cancer treatment.

Royal commentator Robert Jobson believes Kate’s public engagements may become less frequent. He told People: “Before, she used to live her life by the calendar, and now she is living her life, and the calendar comes in after.”

Jobson further commented to People: “She will be back, but when you have had an experience like this, it changes your perspective and the order of things.”

Additionally, a source informed the magazine Kate is expected to spend much of the summer at Anmer Hall, the family’s rural retreat, reports the Mirror.

This location allows them proximity to Norfolk’s beaches, a favourite spot for family trips. Moreover, Kate, Prince William, and their children are set to accept King Charles’ invitation to Balmoral Castle.

The insider remarked: “She won’t have to be on center stage. Being with her family and just being herself will give her energy. There will be plenty of time to focus on her recovery.

“This will have given her sustenance. She has gone through something awful and stressful, and it is crucial to have little wins to look forward to or to give you the courage and energy to go forward.

“And this was it. Upon Kate’s arrival at Wimbledon, she received a standing ovation and applause. Princess Charlotte’s reaction to the reception was priceless; she was seen beaming at her mother.”

Kate reciprocated with a smile and wave before they watched Alcaraz’s straight-sets victory over the 37-year-old Djokovic.

Photographer Karwai Tang told People about capturing the moment: “[Charlotte] skipped down the stairs and when she got back to her seat-she was laughing.

“She leaned over and must have told her mom what it was about, and they were giggling together and having a good old laugh.”
