Is Kate Middleton seriously ill? According to a royal expert and author, there are concerns about the Duchess of Cambridge’s health.
Tom Bower, known for his insights into the royal family, has hinted that Kate Middleton’s recent absence from public appearances may be due to a serious illness.
In January, Kate Middleton underwent abdominal surgery that was deemed significant enough to warrant a prolonged recovery period.
The palace announced that she would be taking a break from her royal duties for the next few months, with no public engagements scheduled until after Easter.
Bower shared, “We’re not being told what the surgery was. As I understand it, it was very serious. I won’t reveal what I’ve been told it was, but she is seriously ill. It is not fatal. She will recover, but it’s a long healing process and that’s why she’s disappeared from view.”
Given the current health challenges facing the monarchy, including the King’s undisclosed illness and the ongoing issues with Prince Harry and Meghan, Bower expressed his concerns about the state of the royal family. With Princess Diana, as he referred to Kate Middleton, also facing significant health issues, he emphasized that it is a difficult time for both the monarchy and the nation.
Despite the speculation surrounding Kate Middleton’s health, Buckingham Palace has not provided any further details on the matter. It remains unclear when she will return to the public eye.
